Sheldon-based St Thomas More Catholic Primary School is celebrating its 60th year and, as part of its anniversary celebrations, Leigh Perry, the principal/owner of Dorridge Music School, and the legendary rock musician Bev Bevan attended a special assembly at the school.
Birmingham-born Bev is a patron of DMS; and during the event the staff and pupils dressed in 70s and 80s costumes and the children’s choir sang for the guests.
After a ‘question and answer’ session talking about his career with ELO and Black Sabbath, Bev signed autographs.
