Theory stated that criminals could be found

via the shape of their head(distorted,lumpy etc)

Before fingerprint technology was developed,police used this

as a means of determining who were criminals.Now we have computers,

and their algorithms are proprietary information..So we can only guess

how faulty they may be for women,Asians and even Caucasian males..  

Apparently,East Asian algorithms work well for East Asians,but not Caucasians  

And vice versa..Apparently ,95% of facial recognition software is accurate 

Which leaves one in twenty at risk from racial quotients,bad lighting,or facial changes 

Operations to alter appearances may well fool even computers.Codes vary between cultures 

As we do.As we will.As in MINORITY REPORT-there are always "ways and means"
