THOM THE WORLD POET: The Daily Poem

"Thom the World poet is an old mate of mine from way back in my history. Even pre-dating Voiceprint, when I was running "Otter Songs" and Thom's poetry tapes and guest appearances with Daevid Allen, Gilli Smyth and Mother Gong are well known and highly regarded. It just felt right to include a daily poem from Thom on our Gonzo blog and when I approached him to do so, he replied within seconds!!! Thom is a great talent and just wants to spread poetry, light and positive energy across the globe. If we at Gonzo can help him do that - why not?"

CIRCLES OF LIFE/SPIRALS OF RETURN

IF WE CAME FROM STARS

and spiral nebulae,oceans,waves,energies without name

If we return "as if always to the same point in time"

Groundhog Day.Deja Vu.Past Lives Regression.

If all Theories are true,and all conjecture solid evidence

Then we are in motion always-kinetic ,accelerative

@various rates of random motion.When we stop,we die

and a new state of being -dust,ashes,bones,is reduced to beginnings..

Spiral staircases.Open circles.Galaxies.Constellations-we are part of this

Always in motion,wave upon wave upon wave/spiraling round one sun

as if in time limited decay.As if each and every day were one rung on a ladder

And every night a window to the stars.
