Fires are intense and growing.Heat is everywhere

Cast your minds back to the 1990s

when BLISSNINNIES and OLD DEAD BUG played

in the Grateful Dread tradition of improvised jams

which always allowed space for poetry to wing in among them..

Brookdale Lodge a famed spot where JFK trysted with Marilyn

Before that, when Mafia stored cadavers in teh freezer vaults

And,even now,with a trickle creek running through the Restaurant

One New Years eve,coming in with drama,dance,poetry and music

Mudslides had blocked the slim thin vein tracks that claimed road status

So we played acoustic all night long,cuddled up in songs

Freed with fine musical memories of Brookdale Lodge,Boulder Creek

and every member of Blissninnies worthy of their fame!
