It just felt right to include a daily poem from Thom on our Gonzo blog and when I approached him to do so, he replied within seconds!!! Thom is a great talent and just wants to spread poetry, light and positive energy across the globe. If we at Gonzo can help him do that - why not?
NO STRAIGHT LINES IN NATURE
NOR ON THE HUMAN BODY
We bend like a curling wave
when the weight of time and gravity
fills us with that which we cannot release..
If we carry the burdens of memories
they weigh us down with regrets.Best
to release the wild birds of emotions
so they can find nests in other tree hearts/hive minds..
Best to live without regrets/like every bird,tree,living creature
who finds intrinsic beauty in it's own heart's impetus-
just to be itself/and ,in so being,to be free(d).
