YOU ARE NEVER REALLY ALONE
 

EVEN WHEN EMOTIONS FIND NO HOME

You can be still,and silent,in solitude(even among a throng)

And these pandemic days allow aloneness to gather everyone

Centered now.You are neither callous,nor indifferent.

The boat of your emotions is harbored and still.

Kayak on that Lake of Tranquillity.Close your eyes and see

You are both part of and apart from everything.

Connection is when you feel that deep underground stream

of consciousness that flows when we lose "I"and become "we"again.

As in the womb-of the Uni-Verse.At rest ,anchored,deep and still.

Waters may rise,and fall-you are waves within

And you smile in your boat of skin-and sing!
