Even pre-dating Voiceprint, when I was running "Otter Songs" and Thom's poetry tapes and guest appearances with Daevid Allen, Gilli Smyth and Mother Gong are well known and highly regarded. It just felt right to include a daily poem from Thom on our Gonzo blog and when I approached him to do so, he replied within seconds!!! Thom is a great talent and just wants to spread poetry, light and positive energy across the globe. If we at Gonzo can help him do that - why not?"

PRAYER FOR YOUR BODHI TEMPLE

For your eyes as you read this-

May they be clear ,caring, compassionate

For your hands as they hold this/your fingers typing response

For your actively listening ears(alive! alert!)

For your smile, as it grows wider, deeper

For your shoulders as they take on burdens

For your arms, as they hold others closer

For your feet, as they walk towards/away

For your toes, keeping a grip on this earth

For your huge heart(&head)holding Universes together

For every part of you has work to do

It is the work of play-of conscious consciousness

For every part of you functions as a whole

and has less significance as a singular entity

So are you weave and woven into this Uni-verse

with every beat of your beating Art, every pulse..
