THOM THE WORLD POET: The Daily Poem

"Thom the World poet is an old mate of mine from way back in my history. Even pre-dating Voiceprint, when I was running "Otter Songs" and Thom's poetry tapes and guest appearances with Daevid Allen, Gilli Smyth and Mother Gong are well known and highly regarded. It just felt right to include a daily poem from Thom on our Gonzo blog and when I approached him to do so, he replied within seconds!!! Thom is a great talent and just wants to spread poetry, light and positive energy across the globe. If we at Gonzo can help him do that - why not?

From repeat.Repeat to spontaneity.From walls to welcome.
From corporation to community.Free Libraries.Food not bombs.
From goodwill to gladness.Competition to co-operation.
From anonymity to individuality.From song and poetry.
From victim to self-aware.From fear to shelter.
From small to sustainable.From plastic to organic.
From pasts to present moment.From old &new combined.
From mistakes made and unknown yet to come
From coal to solar /tidal.From waste to recycle.
From here to there such small steps.Taken &taking
to move us upstream of consciousness.Upload &AUM.

To the crossroads of the next point of time!DECIDE!
