with garish very bright colors
Some of us are MSG Chinese Takeaway
Some are Lebanese.Varieties of diets
make for a United Nations of starving refugees.
Homeless have shrunken stomachs.Like artists
who have not yet (or cannot )sell out.Art devours us..
We think we hang it on our walls.It watches us
when no one else is looking.ART OUTSIDE as murals and as tagging.
Gallery art as price tags on display.Art in coffee shops ignored by all.
It is the art inside us that calls..FEED ME!And we do-in advertising
that promotes consumption.WE EAT ART!It inspires us!
One day art will be the way we live-then it will no longer need us..
It will feed us.
