NEVER THOUGHT OF BEING A WRITER

Loved reading-books,stories,poetry

Revered the truths shared by others

Yet,when i met authors,they seemed so ordinary

Just like any other human being..

But storytellers,enchanters,singers,composers

They had a magic that connected and communicated..

In the sharing of their epics/in performances

Each would hold the Holy Moment

in pure and positive epiphany/so i could both feel and see

the vision they were personally sharing..

Mind you-some writers /poets could also envision

Worlds beyond the immediacy of the moment

I could travel with Jack London and Ion L Idriess

Enjoy the epics of Frank Hardy ,Herman Hesse, George Orwell

because they spoke to me.They still do-

but now i am speaking to you,in trust that

your songs and poetry and tales will come through,too..
