THOM THE WORLD POET: The Daily Poem

"Thom the World poet is an old mate of mine from way back in my history. Even pre-dating Voiceprint, when I was running "Otter Songs" and Tom's poetry tapes and guest appearances with Daevid Allen, Gilli Smyth and Mother Gong are well known and highly regarded. 

It just felt right to include a daily poem from Thom on our Gonzo blog and when I approached him to do so, he replied with in seconds!!! Thom is a great talent and just wants to spread poetry, light and positive energy across the globe. If we at Gonzo can help him do that - why not?" 
IT MUST BE IN THIS LIFE
IT MUST LIVE IN OUR EYES
Like when eye meet these (two)young
sharper than age would allow
(whether reincarnated or no
Their wisdom shows.They sing/they dance
without limit or compunction.On the street
in a line,Smartphones ON!(faster than time
they charm all others with charisma and panache
.with brightness,curosity and passionate embrace of life
They have no fear in them!(how did they escape the school system?
With extra-curricula learning,projects and swimming!
There is hope for a positive future /when young ones rise up
and laugh with the living/knowing all is well

that begins well..and they dance!
