WHAT IS UNIQUE ABOUT
AUSTIN?
Not the music which plays
everywhere
Not the concerts that take over our
City Parks
Not our
buskers,pedicabs,skateboards,scooters
All of these come from somewhere
else
And can be seen and tasted almost
everywhere
Barton Springs remains our Crown
Jewels
subject to floods ,agricultural
runoff,sewage and trash
Still emitting clear clean water every
minute of every day
The love and care these Springs need is
constant and continuous
Much like Jacobs Well in our Hill
Country/or Comal Springs
or Krause Springs,or Hamilton
Pool
in fact,water in a Texas desert
is our only reason
for being here
