The past gets too easily lost-for example
Last night,i took photographs of Ruta Maya poets
to the survivors of Ruta Maya @HIDEAWAY open jam
Few recognized anyone.One or two had glimmers of recognition
but all those banks of images are strangers now.Somewhere else.
There is no turning back.Coffee shops close just like castles burn.
Sanctuary is always temporary.Poems are warnings/waiting to be forgotten.

Who was Hassan?Lalla?Mirabai?Who are you -to be so curious?
Stay ahead-even SIRI is uncertain...And the Poetic GPS is stuck in Free Verse..
