EXTINCTION REBELLION FLASH YOGA

Kelsey has studied (and taught)Yoga for six years all around the world
She leads us in three breathing,healing and grounding exercises
We are in twilight,with bicycles,pedestrians,scooters and dogs
She shares breath control and energy transformations
Echo had invited Magic Jack,who invited me
So of we seek to park in busy Austin city
We meet the young of EXTINCTION REBELLION
This is only one activity in a WEEK OF ACTION
There will be a GRIEF CIRCLE of Healing @Barton Springs
which will end in immersion therapy by swimming therein
Tonight is twilight of the past patriachy/welcoming in compassion &empathy
The Circle is left open so anyone can join in
And even these young are open-to poems!
