A CABINET OF CURIOSITIES: Close to the Edge

The vendor writes:

VERY VERY RARE 1972 "CLOSE TO THE EDGE" BOOK CONTAINING 60 PAGES OF PICTURES AND ALL THE MUSIC AND LYRICS FROM THAT ALBUM, WHEN IT CAME OUT IT INCLUDED A 14 MINUTE INTERVIEW WITH THE BAND ON A 7 INCH SINGLE EITHER AS A STANDARD FORMAT (LYN 2535) OR A MUCH HARDER TO FIND FLEXI DISC (EVA TONE). THESE WERE ONLY AVAILABLE WITH THE BOOK AND NOT SOLD SEPARATELY,   I AM INCLUDING BOTH TYPES OF THE SINGLE TOGETHER WITH THE BOOK. THESE ITEMS ARE VERY RARE EVEN AS A SEPARATE ITEM BUT I AM OFFERING THEM AS A COMPLETE SET. THE RECORDS ARE UNPLAYED AND LOOK MINT CONDITION, THE BOOK IS NEAR PERFECT AND ONLY HAS A NAME WRITTEN IN SMALL WRITING AT THE TOP OF PAGE 2 OTHER THAN THAT I CAN'T FAULT IT.  THESE ARE FROM MY OWN PERSONAL YES RECORD COLLECTION AND ALL MY ITEMS ARE WELL LOOKED AFTER.

...BECAUSE SOME OF US THINK THAT THIS STUFF IS IMPORTANT
What happens when you mix what is - arguably - the world's most interesting record company, with an anarchist manic-depressive rock music historian polymath, and a method of dissemination which means that a daily rock-music magazine can be almost instantaneous?

Most of this blog is related in some way to the music, books and films produced by Gonzo Multimedia, but the editor has a grasshopper mind and so also writes about all sorts of cultural issues which interest him, and which he hopes will interest you as well.
