Rob Ayling writes: "Thom the World poet is an old mate of mine from way back in my history. Even pre-dating Voiceprint, when I was running "Otter Songs" and Tom's poetry tapes and guest appearances with Daevid Allen, Gilli Smyth, Mother Gong are well known and highly regarded. It just felt right to include a daily poem from Thom on our Gonzo blog and when I approached him to do so, he replied with in seconds!!! Thom is a great talent and just wants to spread poetry, light and positive energy across the globe. If we at Gonzo can help him do that - why not? why not indeed!!" Well,we were waiting outside until Thor Bartender
arrived
filed
in with no sound and no drinks.Think=Acoustic!
We
shared stories,songs,poems easily and well

Louise
sang and delighted us with updated Chaucer
Even
Julian delighted with repartee and wit
Then
4 from Dallas stumbled in-and GOT it!
One
asked with a smile-"Can i be next?"
And
he was with a love poem he could not remember
His
friend with a cell phone was recording it!
They
slipped away,more came to stay
and
nibble at this feast of friends
10 pm came.Soon a
DJ will play
We
had persevered until the very end.
