OUR 50th ISSUE IS OUT THIS WEEKEND

This half-centennial edition has all sorts of goodies for you: It has two Zappa Exclusives - Rob Ayling was at the London premiere of 200 Motels the other day and was completely overwhelmed, and he also remembers good times with Zappa's manager, the late Herb Cohen. We have an exclusive interview with Brian James, one of the founding fathers of British punk rock and original guitarist of The Damned. We also have an exclusive interview with investigative journalist Dan Wooding about his friendship with one of Britain's most notorious criminals. We have C.J.Stone on legal highs, the first video from Auburn's Nashville sessions, a brief chat with Britain's grooviest prog metal band, Michael Des Barres says goodbye to Lou Reed, and we introduce you to the eleven year old Nico.

And it is all free, and will remain so. If you haven't done so already, make an old hippy a happy man and   SUBSCRIBE HERE - IT'S FREE  The magazine will arrive in your inbox this weekend...

...BECAUSE SOME OF US THINK THAT THIS STUFF IS IMPORTANT
What happens when you mix what is - arguably - the world's most interesting record company, with an anarchist manic-depressive rock music historian polymath, and a method of dissemination which means that a daily rock-music magazine can be almost instantaneous?

Most of this blog is related in some way to the music, books and films produced by Gonzo Multimedia, but the editor has a grasshopper mind and so also writes about all sorts of cultural issues which interest him, and which he hopes will interest you as well.
