Future all sunshine and rose gardens
Masked we are(even bank robbers)
Make a fortune selling hand sanitizers
Half of us listening to Fauci and Cuomo
The rest at beaches waving Rump banners
These are unique times.Nothing matters more
than life(or death).Health insurance.Government grants.
Insecure the one who dares to disagree
Media lynches easily.Hate radio fulminates.
If you find a plague from pasts that resurrects
then the reactions may be similar.Meanwhile,
we write to each other to confirm our reclusion.
We walk,cycle,exercise within hermit rooms.
Deserts await us,some of our own creating
Such blue skies!Such green gardens!
