WE ARE NO "ENEMY"
We are civilians,in a Republic,with a Constitution
We have the right to speak,assemble,vote for Representatives
These "Rights"are still evolving,against strong resistance
The "enemy"is simply composed of those who see others as "enemy"
We are citizens,with "certain inalienable rights"
Often these rights and duties are attacked ,diluted,compromised
It takes generations to establish sexual,racial,economic equality
And nothing is ever fully guaranteed.We are in process towards progress.
One Civil War was more than enough to divide us.We do not need another..
Let the conversation continue between us.We are consenting citizens...
