There are those who live a Lotus life in
coffee shops
Conversation our currency,loose and
unaffiliated our lifestyle
Choice is golden here,and we want no Daesh
controlling life
We need no religion nor religious
lifestyle.We have a Right to Be Secular!
Given that much of Middle East is corrupt and
conflicted
many may opt for a "Caliphate" as a
remedy.Their choice-but not ours.
In the same way as Christian Fundamentalists
are rejected both by electorate and media,
Muslim Fundamentalists make media enemies
with their atrocities.
This may be different for those who wish to
live that lifestyle.Well and good.We do not.
Imposed lifestyles violate our hard-fought
freedoms.We have a Constitution and a Bill of Rights.
We do not have "sharia"law,nor religious
courts.We are based upon separation of Church and State.
I can type this in a Wi-Fi Cafe,knowing no
Thought Police will kill poets.Just because we are secular
Just because we wish no Daesh in our free and
flowing lives
