Even pre-dating Voiceprint, when I was running "Otter Songs" and Thom's poetry tapes and guest appearances with Daevid Allen, Gilli Smyth and Mother Gong are well known and highly regarded. It just felt right to include a daily poem from Thom on our Gonzo blog and when I approached him to do so, he replied within seconds!!! Thom is a great talent and just wants to spread poetry, light and positive energy across the globe. If we at Gonzo can help him do that - why not?"

21 PEACEFUL SOULS STOLEN

by the barking of a semi-automatic  AR15

in the hands of an 18 year old(himself shot dead)

Now the disarming of violence

Voting in peaceful candidates-supporting them

So they might stand up to Republicants

whose gun rights mania cannot see more children killed

We do not know where.We do not know when

But all the SECURITY did not stop this massacre

Unless guns are gone the way of wars

More children will be sacrificed

To the irrational negativity of Republicants..
