Whose garage will close in fifteen years
when the whole world is browbeaten to electric vehicles
So all mechanics can do is replace batteries
He showed me this cobalt mine
where thousands hand toiled for rare earth minerals
for Smartphones and electric vehicle components
Such slavery from a thousand years ago in 2023
He may not bring another child into this warring slave world
I urge him to reconsider-as goodness needs to be present
He hesitates,looks into me,deeply-then his Smartphone interrupts
And he must return -to earn for his beloved wife and child
And we will speak again,as he begins to work-but now-smiling...
