Conducted
in the Netherlands in August 1970, the Holland Pop festival featured the likes
of Pink Floyd, Santana, T-Rex, The Byrds, Soft Machine, Jefferson Airplane,
attracting over 100,000 people and is considered by all the press as the
"Woodstock Dutch." Such meeting music greats wins in 2013 the release on CD and
DVD with the recording of some of the great moments of the festival.

Launched
by British label Gonzo MultiMedia, Dutch Woodstock brings in its
flagship DVD presentations career Dr John, The Byrds and Soft Machine,
synthesizing the whole atmosphere of peace and love created during the 3-day
festival, which was held in Rotterdam, the Kralingse Bos (Forest Kralingse).
Some of
the highlights of the release are the performances of the British Pink
Floyd (Set The Controls For The Heart Of The Sun and A Saucerful Of
Secrets ), virtuoso guitarist Carlos Santana ( Gumbo,
Savor and Jingo ), besides the American Byrds ( Old
Blue ) and Canned Heat ( Human Condition and So
Sad ).
