Gonzo Weekly #399/400

Gonzo Weekly #399/400
THE GUDBUY TO KEN ISSUE
In yet another singularly non-standard issue we discuss what is going to happen next? Is the new normal anything like the old normal? Are we facing Utopia or Dystopia? We say a fond goodbye to the legendary Kosmik Ken, doyen of so much of the British festie scene, look at some new releases, and a forthcoming release by the Hawkwind Light Orchestra, visit the Mad Gasser of Mattoon, and Lee Martin, a NZ songstrel. And there is more...
And there are radio shows from Mack Maloney and Friday Night Progressive, AND Merrell Fankhauser, and because it was full moon recently Canterbury sans Frontieres, and the Real Music Cloub, but no sign of Strange Fruit this week, there is a column from Kev Rowland, and one from Tony Klinger but Mr Biffo, Neil Nixon, C J Stone, PAART and Roy Weard, are on hiatus. There is also a collection of more news, reviews, views, interviews and di8bblers who have got the blues (OK, nothing to do with tiny marsupials who are listening to the new Bob Dylan album, but I got carried away with things that rhymed with OOOOS) than you can shake a stick at. And the best part is IT's ABSOLUTELY FREE!!!

...BECAUSE SOME OF US THINK THAT THIS STUFF IS IMPORTANT
What happens when you mix what is - arguably - the world's most interesting record company, with an anarchist manic-depressive rock music historian polymath, and a method of dissemination which means that a daily rock-music magazine can be almost instantaneous?

Most of this blog is related in some way to the music, books and films produced by Gonzo Multimedia, but the editor has a grasshopper mind and so also writes about all sorts of cultural issues which interest him, and which he hopes will interest you as well.
