Another Treasure Trove of detail from the veteran writer's back pages

The Progressive Underground Volume 4

Here we have another wonderful review of Kev Rowland's latest collection of progressive rock writings, this time covering the years from 2008 to 2013. This is in the latest issue of Prog Magazine, the most important outlet for progressive rock music in a physical format. The collection of four volumes is indispensible to any fan of the genre, and indeed, Record Collector called it "The Bible". Available through Amazon and all good bookshops worldwide.

...BECAUSE SOME OF US THINK THAT THIS STUFF IS IMPORTANT
What happens when you mix what is - arguably - the world's most interesting record company, with an anarchist manic-depressive rock music historian polymath, and a method of dissemination which means that a daily rock-music magazine can be almost instantaneous?

Most of this blog is related in some way to the music, books and films produced by Gonzo Multimedia, but the editor has a grasshopper mind and so also writes about all sorts of cultural issues which interest him, and which he hopes will interest you as well.
