Our "server"is new-48 hours on the job
She had had a five day menu Powerpoint induction
Only to be told the menu will be changed next week
Youth serves the aged-we all remember when we were servers
(I was a waiter-but could not wait any longer...)
This began a chain of stories of when we served others-
no tips,angry customers,lack of politeness and compassion
Which means we become quite solicitous,smile more
and leave a huge tip so she also could smile sweet.
We mirror each other and will always be
THE OTHER in another skin,so we can see
What it is truly being human,within this feral society..
