Fans in Glasgow are renowned for victorious gig tales, including one besotted Little Monster who was invited on stage at a Lady Gaga concert.
But this is possibly the most unusual gig memento we've seen to date.
Long-time Hawkwind diehard Dougie Kell from West Lothian plans to part with £30 to pay the band's parking ticket after an O2 ABC gig on March 4.
The 50-year-old mechanic discovered the ticket on the tour bus while chatting to the band on Sauchiehall Street after the show.
Dougie said: "We all found it funny. We were getting pictures with the band beside the bus where some over-zealous parking officer had slapped a ticket on it.
"I said to the band I'd pay the ticket and they're happy for me to do that."
A lifelong Hawkwind fan, Dougie was glad to pay the £30 fine for his rock idols who always make time for a meet and greet after gigs.
