Even pre-dating Voiceprint, when I was running "Otter Songs" and Thom's poetry tapes and guest appearances with Daevid Allen, Gilli Smyth and Mother Gong are well known and highly regarded. It just felt right to include a daily poem from Thom on our Gonzo blog and when I approached him to do so, he replied within seconds!!! Thom is a great talent and just wants to spread poetry, light and positive energy across the globe. If we at Gonzo can help him do that - why not?"

WE ALL NOW LIVE IN A ZOOM ROOM

Skype out the window,with FACEBOOK LIVE

Our bright spirits can no longer collectively commune

so we have all the time in the world 

to sharpen our Muse,practice Perfections,

Make mini-movies on our iphones,

art on our computer screens. We can both watch 

and create simultaneously. Make podcasts. Broadcast.

We have all the time in the world.We make good use  of it.

We have energy ,ideas ,application. All we need is adaptation.

All loss is all our loss, specifically and generically

every one of us affected-some fatally-all emotionally

Yet this Gap Year has changed us for the better -

made us more compassionate,caring,conscientious.

These are the seeds of new cultures. Plant them well..
