Even pre-dating Voiceprint, when I was running "Otter Songs" and Thom's poetry tapes and guest appearances with Daevid Allen, Gilli Smyth and Mother Gong are well known and highly regarded. It just felt right to include a daily poem from Thom on our Gonzo blog and when I approached him to do so, he replied within seconds!!! Thom is a great talent and just wants to spread poetry, light and positive energy across the globe. If we at Gonzo can help him do that - why not?"

LIFE IS OUR ART FORM

We wear it on our sleeves

We promote,extend,delight in sunshine

And watch blood red rose moon eclipse

Once,it was a pop song.We sang it loud and long

Now,as friends are breaking-whispering(hospital to hospice)

Wish no harm to any human being in any form

Support those ill at ease,with different abilities

in different skins,from different cultures

Variety,diversity=different responses..

Rather have art than conscription

Hands in hugs rather than hurt or harm

Conversation over monologue.Joy over pain

Good health and happiness the true coin of the Realm
