My Chicago friend says she wants to turn off her ant /beesnest brain/
but i said she would not be happy as a habit zombie.She agreed.
Sometimes we need that adrenalin of alacrity to activate and agitate ourselves
past yoga and Tai Chi and meditation serenity-into the chaos of BRING IT ON!
