We have no one else to blame.We hate each other and ourselves.
Why else would cars and guns outnumber us?Every day-another shooting..
Divided we are in these Un-united States-North/South,rich/poor,Black/white,you/me..
"Social"Media amplifies hate crimes.Headlines of trials,death penalties,murders..
Even the weather is disturbed.Our factories belch pollution(cars and planes,too..
our signs say KEEP OT! Our Borders patrolled,with fatal consequences.
Our Death Penalty is enforced racially.Our wars exported as weapons.
We are guilty,angry,conflicted.We fight over "personal pronouns"
Censor school textbooks,so history repeats without knowledge of our pasts.
Domestic wars on poverty,black people,migrants,refugees fail us
Tomorrow's headlines repeat-shootings,violence,hurricanes
When will be begin Reparations?-to air,water,earth and fire?
When will be apologize to Indigenous-restore bison,wolf,bear to wilderness
When will we Re-Wild our Parks and Gardens(as they once were
When will we embrace peace,harmony,wisdom and knowledge
Or am i talking about that OTHER America?
