It just felt right to include a daily poem from Thom on our Gonzo blog and when I approached him to do so, he replied within seconds!!! Thom is a great talent and just wants to spread poetry, light and positive energy across the globe. If we at Gonzo can help him do that - why not?"
WE ARE AGEING
And we have needs
We are Seniors
with experience of years
We are less mobile
We cannot hear
But we have knowledge to share
Care for elders is an investment
in learning from those who went before
We listened to our parents
They of different harder frontiers
We need mobility,shelter,care and attention
Health our only asset(and it is failing)
If you hear this human petition
Please listen to why we are asking-
Our time is counted heartbeats
You will follow in our footsteps
Years will make you frail,too
Think of your future you
Care for your elders
As they have done for you
