Stephen Stills Announces Spring Tour

Stephen Stills will embark on a solo tour prior to hitting the road with Crosby, Stills and Nash in July. Stills will kick off his tour May 8 in Santa Cruz, CA and will perform across the West Coast through the month, ending on June 3 at Tucson’s Fox Theatre.

Recently, Stills performed with CSN at the Light Up the Blues Concert to benefit Autism Speaks. CSN headlined the event alongside Don Felder, John Mayer, Brandi Carlile and more. Throughout the show, musicians took turns collaborating with one another. Mayer, Stills and Carlile combined to cover “I’ve Got To Use My Imagination” and during CSN’s set, Mayer also came out to play lead guitar on “Almost Cut My Hair” and “Wooden Ships,” the latter of which also featured Don Felder.

Tickets to Stills’ solo tour will be available soon via Stephen Stills’ website.

...BECAUSE SOME OF US THINK THAT THIS STUFF IS IMPORTANT
What happens when you mix what is - arguably - the world's most interesting record company, with an anarchist manic-depressive rock music historian polymath, and a method of dissemination which means that a daily rock-music magazine can be almost instantaneous?

Most of this blog is related in some way to the music, books and films produced by Gonzo Multimedia, but the editor has a grasshopper mind and so also writes about all sorts of cultural issues which interest him, and which he hopes will interest you as well.
