Hollie will be performing an acoustic set of her own material. Hollie has recently finished recording her debut album which was produced by Dave Stewart of Eurythmics fame. The album is set for release later this year. Further details on her Pledge Music site.
Hollie releases her new single ‘Pointless Rebellion’ on 9 June.
“Hollie is one of those young rare artists that come along and already sound like they have really lived. … Hollie was still 15 years old when I decided to work with her as producer and manage her career. I flew her to the USA to make her first recordings and since then we have worked solidly recording and filming a live show in London and then moved location to record some of her album in Port Antonio, Jamaica (where she was filmed as part of an amazing documentary about Reggae Music singing two of the songs in the documentary). Hollie’s songs without doubt are going to be stuck in your head for a long time as the world gets to know her and the radio waves become filled with the sound of this amazing new talented singer/songwriter.” Dave Stewart (Eurythmics)
