THOM THE WORLD POET: The Daily Poem


Rob Ayling writes: 

"Thom the World poet is an old mate of mine from way back in my history. Even pre-dating Voiceprint, when I was running "Otter Songs" and Tom's poetry tapes and guest appearances with Daevid Allen, Gilli Smyth and Mother Gong are well known and highly regarded. It just felt right to include a daily poem from Thom on our Gonzo blog and when I approached him to do so, he replied with in seconds!!! Thom is a great talent and just wants to spread poetry, light and positive energy across the globe. If we at Gonzo can help him do that - why not? why not indeed!!"  HOW TO FLY
SURROUND YOURSELF WITH WINGS&FELLOW PILOTS
All of whom have traversed space/time before.
Many have lifted off (this weight of Gravity-via Eckankar
Engineers prefer engines!Barometric altimeters!
They traverse sky countries over language Borders
They seek permission(already granted)to overfly
They rely upon International Co-operation
Very occasionally,a civilian jet crashes,or gets destroyed
or lost in an invisible Ocean depth.Mostly,most arrive,safe as sound.
Waypoints and INTAK allow our Jonathon Livingston Seagulls
to land in dedicated spaces.Perhaps these crowded skies
may soon become a metaphor for our little Earth
2/3rd of which is clouded by clouds at all times
When we see clearly-we are 7 billion dots
in a small Green Matrix which can only survive together
when we choose to fly together..,.
