Mind you,the function of A.I in skills-based employment selection is good
Function means more than a degree,and maths &apps are not racist.
However,ethics may not apply to A.I.You can find
the most competent butcher,but not for a vegan restaurant.
Those who use and create Chat GPT may have unconscious value systems
Users may not be entirely aware of their deficiencies,until results fail
to locate the best candidate for socially or politically sensitive positions.
Morality does not apply to A.I.We are all programmed.
Is it the app becomes scapegoat,when self-driving cars kill,
or Presidents behave like terrorists.Simulation is not reality.
Deepfake is not reality.Are we all programmed?
