Stephen Stills to Perform with Buffalo Springfield Band Mate Richie Furay at Americana Awards Ceremony



Stephen Stills will reunite with fellow Buffalo Springfield member Richie Furay at the 2013 Americana Honors & Awards Show, which takes place September 18 at Nashville’s famous Ryman Auditorium.  Stephen and Richie will team up to perform the Stills-penned Buffalo Springfield classic “For What It’s Worth” at the event, which marks the start of the annual Americana Music Festival and Conference.
Other artists slated to perform during the ceremony include Dr. John, longtime Grateful Dead lyricist Robert Hunter, Emmylou Harris and Duane Eddy.  In addition, Lifetime and Special Achievement awards will be handed out to Stills, Hunter, Dr. John, Eddy and the late Hank Williams, among others.
