YES-90125 30TH ANNIVERSARY-JON ANDERSON,TONY KAYE,TREVOR RABIN,ALAN WHITE-10/14

Thirty years ago, a  group called Cinema composed of ex-YES members  Chris Squire, Alan White, and South African singer/songwriter/guitarist Trevor Rabin were shopping some impressive demos which caught the ears of original YES members Jon Anderson and Tony Kaye. There is a fascinating story how 90125 became not only the biggest seller in YES’s long history but one of the most successful comebacks ever.  All of them join me the week of October 14.  - Redbeard

...BECAUSE SOME OF US THINK THAT THIS STUFF IS IMPORTANT
What happens when you mix what is - arguably - the world's most interesting record company, with an anarchist manic-depressive rock music historian polymath, and a method of dissemination which means that a daily rock-music magazine can be almost instantaneous?

Most of this blog is related in some way to the music, books and films produced by Gonzo Multimedia, but the editor has a grasshopper mind and so also writes about all sorts of cultural issues which interest him, and which he hopes will interest you as well.
