A STAR IS BORN

People ask where were you when JFK was shot? Man walked on the moon? Did you watch all Live Aid? What where you doing on 9/11? Or have you heard Dylan has gone electric..... This was such a day.

The Cluny, Newcastle upon Tyne witnessed the first performance from a new star - that star was Hunter Ayling !!!!

Martin Stephenson was generous to allow Hunter to perform "Hong Kong Phooey" in front of a rammed room. As Rob had said earlier, "I am making sure Hunter is versed in the classics".

Hunter brought the house down. He now has the taste for it and can't wait to tread the boards again.
Remember where you read this first kids !!!!!

PS Rob was seen waving a management contract under Hunter's nose after the show........

...BECAUSE SOME OF US THINK THAT THIS STUFF IS IMPORTANT
What happens when you mix what is - arguably - the world's most interesting record company, with an anarchist manic-depressive rock music historian polymath, and a method of dissemination which means that a daily rock-music magazine can be almost instantaneous?

Most of this blog is related in some way to the music, books and films produced by Gonzo Multimedia, but the editor has a grasshopper mind and so also writes about all sorts of cultural issues which interest him, and which he hopes will interest you as well.
