Gilli Smyth was one of his White Goddesses
and Gemini Lady June another poet of Deia
Afternoon light spilled like honey on the hillsides
Night was a tribe of sparkling champagne stars
Fisherfolk filled the Cafes with fresh seafood
Rich millionaire yachts in the Majorca harbor
Poor fisherfolk of thousands of years of seafood tides
Hauled in oceans ,strained for delicacies
You can feel the presence of Goddess here and now
Lady June and Gilli Smyth and Robert Graves long gone
Waves keep taking fisherfolk out to sea
in waves of tides that repeat for Eternities..Ad Infinitum..
