JON'S LAST POSTBAG BEFORE HE LEFT FOR A FEW DAYS AWAY

Things have come to a pretty pass when photographs of a fat hippy making stupid faces and waving CDs about counts as news.

However I couldn't think of a better way of passing on the glad tidings that I have just received a CD from the lovely Helen McCookerybook, and will (if everything goes according to plan) be interviewing her next week for these hallowed pages.
