What happens when you mix what is - arguably - the world's most interesting record company, with an anarchist manic-depressive rock music historian polymath, and a method of dissemination which means that a daily rock-music magazine can be almost instantaneous?

Most of this blog is related in some way to the music, books and films produced by Gonzo Multimedia, but the editor has a grasshopper mind and so also writes about all sorts of cultural issues which interest him, and which he hopes will interest you as well.

Jon Anderson And You And I - Chris Squire Dedication 2015



Yes founding member Jon Anderson, Jean-Luc Ponty and APB pay tribute to the late, great Yes bassist Chris Squire with stirring rendition of And You And I from the Yes 1973 album Close To The Edge. Anderson-Ponty Band was live in concert at the Saban Theater, Beverly Hills, CA November 20, 2015. APB members are Jon Anderson lead vocals, Jean Luc Ponty violins, Wally Minko keyboards, Jamie Glaser guitars, Rayford Griffin drums and Keith Jones bass. APB new version of And You And I is from Anderson Ponty Band album “Better Late Than Never.” CD was completed in Los Angeles and released in September 2015.
