This is the moment a cellist performed a moving rendition of Leonard Cohen’s Hallelujah on the streets of panic-stricken Brussels. The Belgian city is currently on ‘lockdown,’ after police confirmed there was ‘various operations’ underway due to a ‘terrorist threat’.
