Rob Ayling writes: "Thom the World poet, is an old mate of mine from way back in my history. Even pre-dating Voiceprint, when I was running "Otter Songs" and Toms poetry tapes and guest appearences with Daevid Allen, Gilli Smyth, Mother Gong are well known and highly regarded. It just felt right to include a daily poem from Thom on our Gonzo blog and when I approached him to do so, he replied with in seconds!!!
Thom is a great talent and just wants to spread poetry, light and positive energy across the globe. If we at Gonzo can help him do that - why not? why not indeed!!"

Pluck these notes while I pick out more
so we can add aural textures/walls of hanging garden green in deserts
Smiling rainbow cascades while (eyes closed)new colors resurrect
we have not seen until photography software brought to foreground
Crickets ,cicadas@sunsets,birdcall by mornings egg light
cracking open the shell of a new birthed midwife day
Hear? See! Both the same! - eyes in ears and ears of eyes watching
as hands and mind combine to make wings of faerie notes floating
Each dewdrop a Republic - every morning Revelations!
Night time a coffee shop of stringed sounds jewelry light
dazzling and sparkling until hands cannot clap enough
batwings black as crowdark eyes watching-unbelieving
Yet see!Sound is color and Light is shade and harmonies are hear!
Each sharpened facet of a diamond mind quickly dissolves bubble delight
to be replaced by bright and brilliant.Short zipped evenings shade
from a heated day - to make soft water eyes teardrops of how-can-this-be happiness!
Smiles as silence swallows sword sounds and gasps of circus surprise
No safety net!Yet every note both human and perfect
If we can be this gentle,Heavens and angels will listen to humans-
at least this sweetest evening.Show me more.We are listening...
