Even pre-dating Voiceprint, when I was running "Otter Songs" and Tom's poetry tapes and guest appearances with Daevid Allen, Gilli Smyth, Mother Gong are well known and highly regarded. It just felt right to include a daily poem from Thom on our Gonzo blog and when I approached him to do so, he replied with in seconds!!! Thom is a great talent and just wants to spread poetry, light and positive energy across the globe. If we at Gonzo can help him do that - why not? why not indeed!!" WE ARE HUMAN.WE MAKE MISTAKES
Sometimes we oscillate between hubris and victimhood
Sometimes the executioner,sometimes the chopped Royal head
Sometimes Sri Lanka,sometimes Ceylon
Sometimes Cambodia,sometimes Kampuchea
Sometimes Burma,sometimes Myanmar
Cathay,Han,Qin,Kina,Serica,Seres,Sino,Tian xia
Zhongguo benbu,Zhong Hua Ren Min Gong He Guo
Dipped in languages,lost in translation
We gain forgiveness only when we give it
Inexhaustible gift-bottomless well ,deep spring
Water forgives us when we use and abuse-
drought to flood,like Tsunami tides/seasons of love..
Action means more than a name,forgiveness releases all blame..
