THOM THE WORLD POET:

Rob Ayling, yer Gonzo Grande Fromage, writes: 
"Thom the World poet is an old mate of mine from way back in my history. Even pre-dating Voiceprint, when I was running "Otter Songs" and Thom's poetry tapes and guest appearances with Daevid Allen, Gilli Smyth and Mother Gong are well known and highly regarded. It just felt right to include a daily poem from Thom on our Gonzo blog and when I approached him to do so, he replied within seconds!!! Thom is a great talent and just wants to spread poetry, light and positive energy across the globe. If we at Gonzo can help him do that - why not?"

If you are writing your memoir-
give attention to your life as art
If you are painting Paradise in Hell
make sure the colors do not run
If you are dancing for intrinsic joy
Enjoy every step you make
If you are taking risks /in explicating  the age we live within
Best to simply GET ON WITH IT!
World will not wait for those who withdraw
Waiting for Perfection is waiting in vain
Even Godot has moved on/moved along
and Art is both Dynamic and Elemental
You may be thinking 2017 is bereft

Your only solution,O Artist=GET ON WITH IT!
