TODAY'S POSTBAG

Sings:

"Whoa oh! Wait a minute Mr Postman,
Mr Postman wait and see,
have you got a book or a DVD?
Or even a batch of promotional CDs?
Not a Council Tax letter,
the sooner the better... "

...and once again Her Majesty's Postal Services have not let me down. Today's postbag included a dull letter from Torridge District Council, a packet of specialist fish food and these two delightful items; a book about Bob Dylan and a DVD about the early days of The Grateful Dead with the smashing title 'Dawn of the Dead'.

Both will find their way upon the Gonzo Daily in the near future. Isn't life grand?

...BECAUSE SOME OF US THINK THAT THIS STUFF IS IMPORTANT
What happens when you mix what is - arguably - the world's most interesting record company, with an anarchist manic-depressive rock music historian polymath, and a method of dissemination which means that a daily rock-music magazine can be almost instantaneous?

Most of this blog is related in some way to the music, books and films produced by Gonzo Multimedia, but the editor has a grasshopper mind and so also writes about all sorts of cultural issues which interest him, and which he hopes will interest you as well.
