LINK: Mimi Page writes..

This made me cry. This boy has been deaf his entire life and for the first time - thanks to new hearing aids - he has been able to hear music for the first time. He listed his top 5 favorite songs and Minnesota’s remix of my song “A Bad Place” was #5. This is why I make music. ♥ SO MOVED
His top 5 (We’re in good company)
1. Mozart’s Lacrimsoa
2. The soundtrack to Eleven Eleven
3. Sigur Ros’s Staralfur
4. IL Postino-Luis Bacalov
5. Minnesota’s A Bad Place [original by Shotgun Radio featuring Mimi Page, remixed by Minnesota]

...BECAUSE SOME OF US THINK THAT THIS STUFF IS IMPORTANT
What happens when you mix what is - arguably - the world's most interesting record company, with an anarchist manic-depressive rock music historian polymath, and a method of dissemination which means that a daily rock-music magazine can be almost instantaneous?

Most of this blog is related in some way to the music, books and films produced by Gonzo Multimedia, but the editor has a grasshopper mind and so also writes about all sorts of cultural issues which interest him, and which he hopes will interest you as well.
